Refunds & Returns.
LATE or MISSING - If your item does not arrive, or you suspect it has been lost in the post, please email me as soon as possible. Yetifan@yetifan.com
Returns, We want you to be super happy with your new Yeti products, if for any reason you are not, please contact us at the email address above. Returns are accepted if the item does not fit, you don't like it, you'd prefer a different colour, or in the rare occasion of a warranty claim or that it is damaged when you got it.
DOES NOT FIT- Please email for a return address, We will send you a different size at no extra charge to you. Please do this within 15 days.
DON'T LIKE IT - Never happened yet, but just incase, please contact for a return address within 15 days, and we will swap for another item (extra/less cost is payable/refundable of course).
WANT A DIFFERENT COLOUR- See 'Does Not Fit'
IT BROKE - Please contact ASAP, all parts do have a warranty (12 months on most, some have 24 months), I will send the item back to Yeti for an inspection at my cost, and will send you another one out 'as soon as possible' or offer a refund. Items that have worn out through use are not classed as a warranty. Bearing kits are a wear part, and may not be covered under certain circumstances.
ITS DAMAGED or A Part is Missing!- Very unlikely, as I package things really well, if it does happen, all parcels are insured for transit, and I will send you another one at the first instance, and refund your return postage back to us.
Changed mind. As with EU regulations, you have 15 days to tell us and 15 to get it back. A restocking fee may be chargeable if item has to restocked at supplier level, and we cannot refund postage on the original item sadly.

I keep a proof of all purchases, so in most cases no receipt is required,I will require the item back, with all retail packaging, and unworn (clothing) not fitted (Parts) unless its a warranty claim in which case, you will have used it!
Returns must be sent back in their packet is as new condition please!

If an Item is not in stock, or is discontinued, then a full refund will be given, no substitute will be made for a newer item, without prior contact with yourself.
